l.l. bean signature spring arrivals!

Hello everyone! Sorry to be MIA yesterday, but we hosted a family birthday party for my son, so had no time. I will have to share the easy and delicious semi-homemade cake recipe I made a little later -- it was sooo good!

L.L. Bean Signature just announced spring arrivals, and they are offering free shipping on $75+!  Here are my favorites -- there are lots!

Silk Habutai Print Skirt ($139) and dress ($225)

Camp Shirt Dress $159) -- Love the silk/linen blend. Color would work in fall nicely.

Cotton Linen Dress ($119) -- Yellow for spring is always nice, and I really like the silhouette.

Silk Habutai Stripe Dress ($275) -- Pretty but pricey.

Silk Habutai Pullover Top ($139) -- What can I say, I like silk! :)

Cotton Modal Blouse Tee ($59) -- Nicely retro.

Kennebunk Silk V-neck ($89) and tank ($79)-- Love the colors and luxeness (is that a word) of these simple pieces.

Cork Wedge ($119)

Danforth Ballet Flat ($89) -- Beautiful neutral colors.

Millbridge Clog ($125) -- love these!

Newburyport Heel ($139) -- Great neutral heeled sandal.

Turtleneck Bag ($195) -- Completely gorgeous and classic.

Saltwash Canvas Picnic Bag ($95)and Clutch ($39)

Nappa Leather Skinny Belt ($25) -- Looove this sea glass color.

What do you think? I found a LOT to love here. The colors are pretty, the shapes simple and classic, but with a bit of a twist, luxurious fabrics. I might have to try a few things out...

Have a great day!

  1. Wow! LL Bean comes through! Didn't like their stuff much last year, but already love that they were attempting to modernize. Seems they are hitting their stride now, pieces are new without being overly trendy. Would love to see bloggers wear their things IRL, and hear how the fit is. Great picks!

  2. I was looking at the new arrivals this morning too! Very cute! I saw a pinapple print top that I think I may have to try.I have a couple pieces from them already, but I wish I had a better idea of how things fit--esp. the bottoms.

  3. Love the new LL Bean stuff too. How do you think the flat will compare to the Gap City Flat?

  6. Closet Crisis -- I liked some things last season, but I didn't feel super wowed by it. This time around, I definitely felt more wow. Like everything looked more sleek, modern, great colors, etc. Hopefully I'll get to try some of it out. My store was supposed to start carrying the spring Sig stuff, so I'll go check it out this weekend.

  7. egypotmaniac -- Oh, I saw the pineapple print - so cute! I'm not sure on fit either quite yet, but with their CS, I bet they'd be a great help. And you can return for any (sane) reason of course.

Lizzy T -- I totally thought it looked much like the City Flat as well, although the colors a bit richer-looking. I'm guessing the construction will be much better/finer in these and will hold up better. But quite a price difference for a similar look I suppose.

gigi -- They look quite "grown up" don't they? :) I might have to at least try that dress.

Chris -- I have one very close to me, so I get to see their regular line fairly often, though I don't buy so much b/c of fit. Hoping very much to see the Sig line there soon.
